Structural Biologist
PhD Student with a degree and master in Biochemistry, and a Molecular Biotechnology
master. I have a strong interest in the study of proteins, especially their structure and interactions, topic in which I am developing my PhD.
I have experimental and computational experience from the two master theses, providing me with
a wide range of experimental and computational skills, that I can use on their own or in
combination.
Currently a PhD Student at Universitat de Barcelona in Eva Estébanez's research group working on Nuclear Receptor multimetric assemblies with a computational and Machine Learning approach, in collaboration with Isabel Usón's research group. Currently I am looking for a PhD position, ideally related to the study of protein-
protein interactions.

Computational project on the development of ProjectDimer: a tool for protein-protein interaction classification. The project consisted of the development of a Python-based software capable of analysing and classifying interactions from protein crystals, particularly, nuclear receptor dimerization.
Working under the supervision of Isabel Uson and Eva Estebanez.

Experimental project on the synthesis and analysis of mutant phosphoribitol-transferases TarK and TarL which are involved in wall teichoic acid synthesis in B. subtilis.
Working under the supervision of Dr Lianne Willems in the Chemical Biology Lab at University of York.

- Front-end (mostly designed by client): HTML, CSS, and JS (all vanilla)
- Back-end: Flask (wit Jinja templates)
- Hosting: Google Cloud
- Database: Firebase/Firestore/Google Cloud
- Admin: Dashboards with direct access to the website contents and database
- Online shop: Integrated Stripe API with for seamless payments
- Workflow integration: Integrated tracking of orders with Trello
- Domains: Custom domain setup and admin + email configuration
- Running cost: 1€/month!
- No AI slop (only human)
